Responsibilities:
- Bartenders have similar responsibilities as servers in that they are to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience by accepting the duties in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Bartenders are expected to be thoroughly knowledgeable of all products offered and to suggest items that will enhance the guests’ dinner.
- Bartenders must also make drinks efficiently and accurately, both for the guests and the wait staff.
Remember, bar service is also a job of showmanship. Be yourself and help the guests feel at home. Be friendly, serve drinks quickly, maintain a clean bar and serve high quality drinks and you will be successful!
