THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Reports to Service Department Manager.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and related systems for both residential and commercial clients, ensuring all work meets safety codes and standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, complete job documentation, and maintain clean tools and workspaces.
- Operate independently with guidance from the Service Support Team, contributing to a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality customer service are essential.
- Pay based on experience; company vehicle provided for qualified technicians.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- HVAC Experience – preferred not required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills.
