Position Highlights
Specialty: Emergency Department (Trauma-capable)
Shift: Day Shift (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 36–48 hours/week
Patient Population: All ages, including trauma cases
Setting: Fast-paced acute care ER
What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care
Perform triage, assessment, and rapid intervention
Develop and implement care plans using critical thinking
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families in high-stress situations
Supervise and guide nursing staff
Ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
What You Bring
Active RN License (California)
BLS/CPR Certification
2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience (3+ preferred)
Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive under pressure
BSN preferred
