Merrimack Autism Consultant is currently hiring for an ABA Clinic Coordinator. ABA Clinic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an ABA therapy center, ensuring smooth administrative functioning, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, supporting Behavior Therapist's, and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and families. This role serves as a liaison between therapists, families, and management to support the overall mission of delivering effective behavioral therapy services. The Center Coordinator will be reporting to the Clinical Director. What does a typical day look like?The ABA Clinic Coordinator will be working from 10:30am to 6:30pm. Applicants must be available to work an average of 40 hours per week. Rate of pay is between $27-30, based on level of education and years of experience.What will you do?Administrative OperationsOversee day-to-day administrative functions of the ABA centerSchedule therapy sessions, staff meetings, and center eventsManage and maintain client and staff records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAAMonitor and order office and therapy suppliesMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facilitySupport coverage for Behavior TherapistsStaff Support & CoordinationAssist with center orientation, shadowing, and training of new Behavior Therapist'sTrack staff certifications (BT, RBT, and etc.), continuing education, and compliance documentsSupport team communication and morale through regular updates and team-building effortsClient ServicesServe as the primary point of contact for client familiesCoordinate ongoing client communication and assist with scheduling Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback from families with professionalism and empathyCompliance & Quality AssuranceConduct regular audits of documentation and records for complianceSupport clinical team in preparing for audits, site visits, and accreditationsReporting & CommunicationGenerate and submit weekly/monthly reports on center performance, scheduling, and utilizationCommunicate effectively with leadership and external partners as neededMonthly meetings with Clinical DirectorHost weekly "town hall" meetings with all Behavior Therapist'sPerform other duties as required.What do we offer?:Flexible schedules, desirable hours: mostly afternoon/early evening, occasional weekends/mornings.Significant on the paid job training, we offer tons of "hands on" learning opportunities. (example, Safety Care Training & CPR)Ability to become a Registered Behavior Technician-a statewide recognized certification under the BACB (Board Analysis Certification Board).Supplemental Insurance: Health/ Vision/ Dental and Life Insurance.Milage reimbursement from client to client10+ days paid holiday, including your birthday.Wellness Reimbursement, only applicable based on hours workedRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)Minimum of 6+ months Behavior Therapist experience1+ years of experience in ABA field/clinical settings and oversight of Behavioral Therapists 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health settingKnowledge of ABA therapy services and terminology (preferred)Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.Proficiency in scheduling software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsYou have authorization to work in the US.Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilityTakes initiativeOrganizedAbility to manage confidential and sensitive informationFlexibility and adaptability in managing changing prioritiesExperience with implementation of the methods of Applied Behavior AnalysisExperience in Applied Behavior Analysis is a plus.Job Type: Full-Time, M-F, 10:30am-6:30pm
