The CML Dough Maker plays an essential role in ensuring our restaurants are stocked with fresh, high-quality products that meet Dunkin’ standards.

Position Summary

The CML Dough Maker is responsible for preparing, processing, and handling dough products in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. This role supports daily production needs and ensures products are prepared safely, consistently, and efficiently.

This is a hands-on, non-exempt position operating in a production environment.

Essential Functions

In this role, you will:

• Prepare dough and related products following company recipes and procedures
• Operate production equipment used in dough preparation and handling
• Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the production process
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are followed
• Handle ingredients, materials, and finished products safely and efficiently
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of products
• Assist with receiving deliveries and managing inventory of supplies
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely production

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food production, bakery, or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Ability to work early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation

Pay Range: $10.00 per hour – $12.00 per hour

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.

This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently
• Perform repetitive motions, including lifting, mixing, and handling dough
• Work in a production environment with exposure to temperature variations, equipment, and noise

Work Environment

This role operates in a food production environment and may include exposure to machinery, temperature-controlled storage areas, and fast-paced production conditions. Team members are expected to follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
