Apex is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator for one of their premier clients in Wentzville, MO.

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Complete QA check sheets, first-off inspections, and critical vehicle inspections
- Conduct quality audits throughout the shift and document findings accurately
- Support production teams by ensuring work instructions and quality standards are followed
- Assist with training employees on quality procedures and work instructions
- Investigate and support corrective actions related to quality concerns and customer issues
- Monitor and address production hold units to keep production flowing efficiently
- Ensure nonconforming materials are properly identified, tagged, and documented
- Prepare end-of-shift quality reports
- Support quality studies and initiatives including Gage R&R, MSA, and SPC activities
- Promote compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with production and quality teams
- Basic computer skills
- Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous quality assurance or quality inspection experience
- Experience working within automotive manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with quality systems, audits, and corrective actions
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
