Your Impact

• Accurately capture and process customer orders using our order management system—speed and precision are your trademarks.
• Partner closely with sales, inventory, and shipping to meet fulfillment timelines.
• Track order progress and proactively provide status updates to customers.
• Analyze order data to spot trends and propose improvements.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, payments, or shipping variances.
• Keep customer records updated and complete within our databases.
• Assist in drafting and enhancing order management policies and SOPs.
• Provide documentation and support for audits and compliance tasks.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in order management or a comparable role.
• Proven analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with order management applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration skills.
• Comfort working autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
• Resourceful problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
