We are seeking a highly experienced, polished, and dependable Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join a fast-paced, high-volume dental practice.

The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English. This is a mandatory requirement for consideration.

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have hands-on dental front-office experience, strong Dentrix proficiency, knowledge of dental insurance and billing, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service and an outstanding patient experience.

Exceptional Customer Service — Mandatory

Exceptional customer service is a non-negotiable requirement for this position. The successful candidate must consistently deliver a professional, welcoming, responsive, and patient-centered experience regardless of how busy the office becomes.

%CF; Warm, welcoming, polished, and professional demeanor.

%CF; Immediately acknowledges patients and makes them feel welcomed and valued.

%CF; Demonstrates exceptional telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication.

%CF; Treats every patient with courtesy, patience, respect, and attentiveness.

%CF; Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and respond appropriately to patient concerns.

%CF; Takes ownership of patient questions and concerns rather than unnecessarily passing responsibility to another team member.

%CF; Exceptional follow-through; commitments made to patients must be completed promptly and accurately.

%CF; Strong conflict-resolution and de-escalation abilities.

%CF; Able to professionally manage upset or demanding patients, scheduling concerns, insurance questions, billing concerns, delays, and service complaints.

%CF; Maintains composure, professionalism, and a positive demeanor during high-volume or stressful situations.

%CF; Able to simultaneously manage patients, telephone calls, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities without allowing customer service to deteriorate.

%CF; Understands that every telephone call, check-in, check-out, and patient interaction contributes to the overall patient experience.

%CF; Recognizes the importance of patient satisfaction, retention, referrals, and the reputation of the practice.

%CF; Demonstrates genuine hospitality rather than simply completing front-desk transactions.
