We are seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Oncology Supervisor - Key Accounts to oversee specialty oncology pharmacy operations and clinical services while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and outstanding service for key healthcare partners.

'05; Lead and supervise a team of oncology-focused pharmacy technicians.
'05; Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes.
'05; Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, clinical protocols, and quality standards.
'05; Manage relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
'05; Drive operational excellence and implement service improvement initiatives.
'05; Oversee medication therapy management, dispensing processes, and quality assurance programs.

'14; Pharmacy Technician Degree and active pharmacy license.
'14; Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience; oncology experience strongly preferred.
'14; Strong knowledge of oncology medications and treatment regimens.
'14; Proven leadership experience in team supervision and performance management.
'14; Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
'14; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (CPR+ preferred).
