This is a hands-on clinical role for a BCBA who wants to work directly in the communities they serve — building real relationships with families in their own homes and everyday environments.

About This Role

We're looking for a clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care while building strong, trust-based relationships with families and caregivers. Our team prioritizes clinical integrity, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes for the children we serve — not paperwork for paperwork's sake.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings
  • Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
  • Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across community-based service delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  • Active Indiana LBA licensure (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
  • Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required for in-home/community travel)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care

Why Achievers ABA

  • $100,000/year starting salary
  • Performance-based bonus + referral bonus program
  • Generous maternity/paternity leave
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Manageable, clinician-friendly caseloads
  • Clinical autonomy with supportive leadership
  • Collaborative, accountable team environment

Our Values
We are a values-driven organization. Our team is built around being:

  • Committed
  • Humbly Confident
  • Genuine & Authentic

Bilingual Candidates
