General Labor
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with a variety of manual tasks in support of daily operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to follow instructions while working independently or as part of a team.
Compensation:$16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Assist with site cleanup, organization, and basic maintenance
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Support other departments as needed with assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to work indoors and/or outdoors in various weather conditions
