Lingo Staffing is partnering with a client in the commercial roofing industry to find a dedicated Service Manager. While experience in the roofing industry is not required, this role demands strong B2B sales expertise, team leadership, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive B2B sales efforts, including cold calling and client relationship management.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 professionals, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business focus is a plus but not required).
- Proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling.
- Management experience, including team leadership and performance oversight.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
