As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our patients, families, and staff. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will be the first impression many visitors have of our facility, setting the tone for a positive and compassionate experience. Responsibilities:
Greet patients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance and answering questions as needed
Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
Coordinate and facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams
Provide security and administrative support to the facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all
Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional care
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role an asset
