Equipment Yard Operations Specialist

At EquipmentShare, the yard is the heartbeat of our branch. As an Equipment Yard Operations Specialist, you’ll keep machines moving safely, accurately, and on time while delivering a standout customer experience.

Morning: Walk the yard, inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage, and document incoming and outgoing equipment so everything starts on the right foot.

Midday: Team up with technicians to assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning. When customers arrive, you’ll demonstrate the gear and safely load and unload equipment.

Afternoon: Keep our systems tight—maintain equipment inventory systems according to standard operating procedures. You’ll also stay on top of general yard and shop cleanup in line with company standards.

All day, every day: Maintain a safe and hazard‑free workplace, act as an advocate for EquipmentShare’s culture, and uphold our high bar for customer experience. Be ready to assist with various other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
