Job Description
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Antwerpen Automotive, you will play a key role in connecting customers with the right Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) vehicles to meet their needs. Located in Baltimore, MD, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the sales process with professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate available CDJR vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, including financing options and paperwork.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and incentives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and dealership staff to achieve sales goals.
- Manage and update customer records in the dealership management system.
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
- Competitive salary range from $30,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year.
