Production Team Leader

JOB SUMMARY: Aids the supervisor to ensure Production, Quality, and Safety standards are met. Enforce AGS Policies and Procedures. and materials with customer support.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Support assigned production standardsSupport quality organization by performing respectable workReference applicable SWI for job specific requirements Performs product disassembly, reviews product for conformance standards & properly dispositions all productsAdditional duties with similar responsibilities may be assigned as necessaryEMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED1-3 years experienceAbility to use certain hand or power tools as required; Torque Gun, power screw drives, etc.Ability to follow instructions carefully, requiring basic reading skillsUnderstanding of Manufacturing processesBasic computer skillsAble to read, write and speak EnglishPHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Able to stand/walk for the duration of shift (8+ hours)Able to lift up to 50lbs unassistedAble to perform frequent repetitive motionsAble to withstand noisy environmentTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:NoneMust be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen (including THC)
