Customer Service

Mueller Chocolate Co is a busy chocolate store in the Reading Terminal Market in downtown Philadelphia. We serve customers from all over the world and we are looking for a few part time customer service clerks who are energetic and love working with people to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Maintain stock and displays, by keeping clean, organized, and full

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Retail experience a plus
• Weekend availability a must
• Available to work between the hours of 10:00-6:00
