Silverado Sales INC is seeking a part-time Barback to support our team and help keep our service areas running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

As a Barback, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and ensuring the bar and surrounding areas are well-stocked and ready for service. You’ll support bartenders and other team members by keeping workflows efficient and guests’ experiences seamless.

This part-time onsite role in Lincoln, NE is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and enjoys staying active in a customer-facing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock bar inventory and supplies, including beverages, garnishes, glassware, and essential service items

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area, including wiping surfaces, clearing used items, and following sanitation standards

• Assist with receiving deliveries and supporting inventory rotation as needed

• Support bartenders during peak service by anticipating needs and ensuring necessary items are available

• Help maintain a safe, organized workspace and comply with all relevant safety and hygiene procedures

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work reliably in an onsite, part-time/full-time schedule

• Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work in a busy environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and organization

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed

• Basic understanding of food and beverage service expectations and sanitation practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality role

• Familiarity with safe handling practices for glassware, beverages, and general service supplies

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high customer volume

• Comfort staying calm and effective during busy periods

Compensation

Hourly rate: $10.00 + tips
