Senior Manager, G&A Shared IT Services

Senior Manager G&A Shared IT Services We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a Senior Manager G&A Shared IT Services on a full time direct employee basis. In this role, the Senior Manager G&A Shared IT Services will:

• Support IT for General and Administrative functions that include finance, compliance, regulatory, HR, and clinical trials organizations.
• Drive short, intermediate, and long-term needs for data management and process efficiencies through defining processes and tools within the IT domain.
• Act as the business analyst for shares services functions such as finance, HR, compliance/legal, and regulatory.
• Lead shared IT services that include: SAP implementation, regulatory applications support, infrastructure, cyber-security, brownfield and greenfield start-up.
• Lead the definition and implementation of a shared service model for a portfolio company with multiple operating companies.
• Provide vendor selection and management for IT vendors delivering software or services.
• Actively manage multiple projects and provide associated information to the PMO organization for integration into the master plan. The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
• Supporting shared services organizations from within IT in a biotech, pharma and or clinic research organization.
• Supporting department heads in various areas that might include finance, HR, compliance and regulatory.
• Driving, delivering, and supporting initial SAP implementations.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cyber-security.
• Knowledge of regulatory application support practices.
• Brownfield / greenfield startup background in biotech, pharma and or clinical research organizations.
• Knowledge of RPA (preferred).
