Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
As a Home Loan Specialist, you'll guide borrowers through the mortgage process while delivering exceptional service from initial consultation through closing.
Responsibilities include:
Consult with homebuyers to evaluate financing options
Educate clients on available mortgage products and loan programs
Collect and review financial documentation
Assist borrowers throughout the loan application process
Coordinate with loan processors, underwriters, and real estate professionals
Maintain regular communication with clients and referral partners
Ensure a smooth, timely, and positive lending experience
Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Qualifications:
