Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
Licensed Registered Nurse
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35.7 - $42.13 HOURLY!
