What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations
  • Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote excellence in resident care
  • Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
  • Assist with staff education, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused culture
  • Monitor and maintain quality care standards and clinical outcomes
  • Serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff, residents, and families
What We're Looking For

  • Active LPN or RN license (RN preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but we welcome strong clinical nurses ready to advance into management
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Passion for resident-centered care and team development
