We are a growing environmental and asbestos abatement company looking for a motivated, results-driven General Manager to lead operations, support business growth, and help drive our continued success.

As our General Manager, you will:

'05; Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and project coordination
'05; Meet with clients and prepare project estimates
'05; Build relationships with customers, contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals
'05; Lead and support field teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
'05; Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and company safety standards
'05; Work closely with office staff on project tracking and documentation
'05; Help grow the business through networking and relationship development
'05; Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture

Preferred Experience:

'14; Estimating, Operations, or Project Management experience
'14; Leadership or team management experience
'14; Construction, restoration, environmental services, mitigation, or asbestos industry background preferred
'14; Strong communication and organizational skills
'14; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
'14; Professional, customer-service mindset
'14; Microsoft Office & computer proficiency
'14; Valid Oregon Driver’s License with clean driving record
'14; Ability to pass background check and drug screening
⭐ Knowledge of asbestos regulations and environmental safety procedures is a strong plus.
