We are hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an older adult male in a respectful, structured, and supportive environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others build independence, maintain routine, and live with dignity.

? 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
'05; Consistent, steady hours

As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support and supervision, including:

• Assisting with daily routines and evening schedule

• Providing companionship and positive engagement

• Supporting community activities and outings (as applicable)

• Meal prep assistance and light household support

• Promoting independence, safety, and personal goals

• Assisting with hygiene reminders and personal care (as needed)

• Documenting daily notes and reporting changes to the supervisor

• Following individualized support plans and maintaining professionalism

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual

• Patient, calm, and respectful

• Comfortable working with an older individual

• Able to maintain structure and routine

• Strong communicator with families and supervisors

• Committed to providing high-quality care

• Must be 18+

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• Ability to pass background checks

• DSP experience is a plus (but not required—we can train the right person)

• Must be able to work the full scheduled shift consistently
