We are currently seeking an ID/DD Residential Manager to join our growing Residential Services Team. If you're a compassionate leader with a passion for supporting others and developing staff, we'd love to hear from you!



Position Responsibilities


As an ID/DD Residential Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality services and supporting both the individuals we serve and our dedicated staff team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

'05; Overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential homes

'05; Ensuring homes remain clean, safe, and well-maintained

'05; Purchasing necessary household supplies and managing home needs

'05; Training, supervising, coaching, and supporting residential staff

'05; Conducting and reviewing employee performance evaluations in accordance with company policies

'05; Managing staff schedules and providing coverage when needed

'05; Communicating regularly with individuals served, families, and care teams

'05; Assisting with the coordination of services for each individual

'05; Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations

'05; Performing other duties as assigned



Qualifications



'14;️ Minimum 5 years of successful work experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (ID/DD)

'14;️ Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience

'14;️ Valid Driver's License

'14;️ Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule

'14;️ Strong time management and organizational skills

'14;️ Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with individuals served, community partners, and staff members

'14;️ Positive, professional, and optimistic attitude

'14;️ College graduate
