Qualifications for RN Unit Mangers:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Supervisor experience
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience working for a skilled nursing facility or a nursing home.

• Maintain safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations.
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Maintain documentation of resident care services.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
