Work Location: 4100 W Galveston St. #4, Chandler, AZ 85226
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

How you will be rewarded as our Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Compensation: Competitive base salary, $60,000 - $68,000, based on experience, plus company-issued stock options.
• Benefits: Medical (Cigna), Dental, Vision, 401k (5% match), HSA & FSA, employer paid Life & AD&D benefits, and Tuition Reimbursement
• PTO: 2 weeks plus fifteen holidays
• Work Environment: In-Office, new building, business casual.

Qualifications and skills for our Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the full life cycle recruiting and onboarding process, with at least 1 in clinical / healthcare preferred.
• Demonstrated experience filling licensed or certified clinical roles (such as nurses, EMTs, perfusionists, surgical, or similar), including familiarity with licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements.
• Experience recruiting for 24/7, on-call, or shift-based operations is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with ATS platforms, Greenhouse experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working with skills-based assessment tools highly preferred.

Primary responsibilities as our Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Recruitment Management of the entire full life cycle recruitment process, from job advertising, sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manger experience. Requisitions are primarily clinical and operational roles supporting organ recovery and transport.
• Pipeline Development, building and maintaining talent pools of licensed and certified professionals so critical roles can be filled quickly when demand shifts.
• Employer Branding actively promote Trinity's mission and culture to attract passionate and skilled candidates.
• Innovative Sourcing and development of creative and effective strategies to attract top talent using social media, professional networks, referrals, and niche platforms.
• Collaboration and partnering with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, delivering tailored talent solutions.
• Enhancing New Hire onboarding experience, managing HRIS setup, benefits enrollment, and pre-employment checks while ensuring clear and consistent communication with applicants and hiring managers.
• Compliance Management ensuring recruiting and onboarding practices align with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Talent Systems Expertise with ATS platforms like Greenhouse to streamline recruiting processes, improve workflows, and track recruitment metrics.
