Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) in Fleming Island, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Full-time outpatient Primary Care opportunity
• Provide comprehensive care for acute and chronic medical conditions
• Build long-term patient relationships in an established outpatient practice
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team focused on quality outcomes and continuity of care
• Join a retention-driven practice with organized workflows and strong operational support

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $240,000-$260,000
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunity Up to 25%
• Potential Sign-On Bonus

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Built-In Administrative Time
• Call Required (Details Discussed During Interview)

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
• Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility REQUIRED

• Comfortable Managing 18-22 Patients Per Day
• Strong Commitment to Quality, Patient-Centered Care
• Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration Skills
