Outside Sales Representative Commercial Cleaning

Build monthly residuals selling what every office already buys. Routes provided.
Knock 45–50 businesses per day, book 2+ walk-throughs/day, and earn 15% every month on each account you land—for as long as it stays active.

Compensation (one simple plan)

• Commission-only (1099). 15% of the customer’s monthly contract amount.
  
  
• Paid monthly while the contract is active. No cap.
  
  
• Starts when the account goes live and first payment is received.
  Estimated earnings (OTE): $80k–$120k (performance-based; not guaranteed).
