• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and developmental activities.
• Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor play routines.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Of good character and reputation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 3 months of professional childcare experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must pass a full background check and health screening

• Previous experience in a licensed early childhood or preschool setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Coursework in early childhood education or child development.
