Wobblers Teacher PM Hours

We are seeking a compassionate and patient caregiver to provide individualized support to our wobblers/toddlers. If you have a passion for early childhood development and delivering warm, responsive care, we encourage you to apply. You will collaborate with a dedicated teaching team to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for our youngest students.

• Build a strong foundation of trust with our wobblers/toddlers through attentive, gentle, and responsive care
• Work together with lead teachers and families to ensure seamless transitions and communication
• Support each child’s unique needs and developmental goals through engaging activities and sensory exploration
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, adhering to state guidelines and center policies
• Provide a calm, peaceful atmosphere during transitions and caregiving routines, promoting emotional well-being
• Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap times, in accordance with state regulations and center protocols
• Establish meaningful connections with children through cuddles, songs, eye contact, and purposeful interactions

• Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements
• Commitment to being present, responsive, and emotionally available for young children
• High school diploma or GED
• Warm, nurturing, and dependable personality
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• A sense of humor and a calm, grounded demeanor
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in an infant or toddler classroom
• Familiarity with infant development and respectful caregiving approaches (example: Conscious Discipline)
• CPR/First Aid certification
