Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our facility. In this role, you will welcome visitors, provide excellent customer service, answer incoming calls, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred.

Available Shifts:

• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekends: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide directions and assistance to visitors throughout the facility.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls appropriately.
• Maintain visitor logs and assist with facility security procedures.
• Issue, collect, and monitor visitor badges as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, employees, and guests.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, data entry, and documentation.
• Support team members with various office tasks and special projects.
• Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.

Receptionist Requirements:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
