Job Description
Bartender
$2.83/hr + tips · Card tips paid out daily, no processing fees · Ford City, PA

Regulars who'll know your name by the second week, and a beer list worth learning.

Why you'll love working here:
  • Credit card tips paid out daily, with no processing fees taken out.
  • $2.83/hr + tips, paid weekly.
  • Performance bonuses based on attendance, time-off requests through 7shifts, and how your bar runs.
  • Flexible hours, full-time or part-time. Tell us what you need and we'll build around it.
  • Meal discounts — 50% on shift, 25% off shift.
  • Most holidays off. Spend the time with your family.
  • RAMP is free through the Commonwealth, and we'll walk you through it.
  • A say in the program. Got an idea for the taps or a cocktail? We're small enough to run it.

Who We Are:
The tap list is the reason a lot of people make the drive — one of the biggest in the valley, and it moves. Add a sports bar that actually fills up, a rustic fireplace, and 6,200 sq. ft. of timber frame, and you've got a bar with real regulars and real volume behind it. We live by Ryan's Three A's: Atmosphere, the room and the energy. Ammunition, our craft beer, cocktails, and scratch food. Attitude, our team — the part you can't buy.

Your Role:
You're the face guests look forward to seeing and the expert behind every pour — whether that's shaking a signature cocktail or steering somebody to the right local brew.
  • Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and with flair.
  • Know the list well enough to make a real recommendation.
  • Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Monitor alcohol service responsibly, in line with RAMP standards.
  • Handle cash and cards accurately; balance your drawer at close.
  • Work with servers and the kitchen for smooth service.

What We're Looking For:
  • A personality that fills a bar.
  • Bartending experience preferred; we'll train the right personality.
  • Craft beer, cocktail, and spirits knowledge a plus.
  • Reliability, integrity, strong work ethic.
  • 18 or older, reliable transportation.
  • RAMP certification preferred upon hire, required within 60 days.

Where It Goes:
Bar lead, beverage buying, running shifts. Whoever's got ideas for the program gets listened to.
