Doena Heart Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Omaha, NE. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients in their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care to patients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs, preferences, and goals
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personalized care
• Monitor and report patient conditions, progress, and concerns to healthcare professionals
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Engage patients in activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a Caregiver or related field (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent (n/a)

• Valid driver's license (not required but preferred)

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients (up to 50 pounds)

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature

• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays (flexible scheduling available)
