Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Greenville / Winterville, NC
Setting: Primarily Home-Based ABA, with opportunities in schools and future clinic-based services
Population Served: Children ages 2–16
Years in Operation: Founded in 2025
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Provide in-home ABA services while collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and RBTs to ensure meaningful client progress.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs using evidence-based ABA practices.
- Partner with schools when appropriate, with opportunities to support school-based clients if that aligns with your interests.
- Collaborate regularly with the Clinical Director through ongoing training, case consultation, and clinical support.
- Help support the company's continued growth, including the opportunity to help establish future clinic locations for clinicians interested in leadership.
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: Typically 5–6 clients
Billable hour expectations: Approximately 26–27.5 hours per week
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: Approximately $114,000 annually for full-time BCBAs (or $70-100/hour for part-time opportunities)
Bonus structure: Performance bonuses, retention bonuses, referral bonuses, and sign-on bonus opportunities available
PTO: 10–14 days
Health benefits: Currently not offered
CEU support: Conference attendance, ongoing clinical training, and CEU support through the Clinical Director
Supervision/mentorship provided: Clinician-led mentorship with regular meetings, hands-on support, and ongoing professional development
Schedule flexibility / remote options: Flexible scheduling with primarily home-based services and opportunities for school-based work
