12hrs. + Rotating Weekends
Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night
*Increased Shift Differential Pay - Up to $4hr!
$4,000 Full-Time Sign-on Bonus!

Job Summary:
Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Monitor and report changes in resident status to the Charge Nurse and/or Director of Nursing
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, families, and staff
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures
