Mike Maroone Auto Group is looking for Sales Consultants to join our Chevy North and Volkswagen teams!

No automotive or sales experience? No problem. We can teach you the business. What we’re looking for are outgoing, motivated people who genuinely enjoy working with guests, building relationships, and creating a great experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
• Help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs
• Guide guests through the buying and leasing process
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Stay connected with guests using our CRM, phone, text, and email
• Deliver vehicles and make sure every guest leaves excited about their experience

What We’re Looking For

• No previous automotive or sales experience required — we’ll train you!
• A genuine desire to work with and help people
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
• Motivated by goals and the opportunity to earn more
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional, dependable, and guest-focused
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
