What You'll Do

Every day is different, and that's what makes it exciting!

• Support Lead Teachers in implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
• Jump into different classrooms as needed to keep our day running smoothly
• Play, teach, encourage, and interact with children throughout the day
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Assist during meals, activities, nap time, and outdoor play
• Build strong, positive connections with students, families, and teammates
• Follow center policies and state licensing requirements to ensure excellence in care
• Support personal care routines, including diapering and potty training when needed

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in childcare, daycare, education, or youth programs is a plus (but not required)
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work across multiple classrooms
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed
