IT Coordinator & Systems Manager

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and making technology work seamlessly behind the scenes.As our IT Coordinator / Systems Manager, you'll be the go-to technology resource for employees while partnering with our Managed Service Provider to keep systems running smoothly across multiple venues and office locations. One day you might be setting up new employee laptops, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, or helping improve our catering software. The next, you'll coordinate a network upgrade or support technology for one of Milwaukee's premier event venues.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact across an organization. You'll be responsible for:Providing day-to-day technology support for employeesManaging user accounts, hardware, and softwareServing as the internal owner of our Fusion catering softwarePartnering with our Managed Service Provider to resolve issues and improve serviceSupporting Microsoft 365 and business applicationsCoordinating technology projects across multiple venuesTraining employees on technology tools and best practicesHelping maintain a secure, reliable technology environmentWe're looking for someone with:5 years of IT support or systems administration experienceStrong Microsoft 365 knowledgeExcellent troubleshooting and customer service skillsExperience working with vendors or managed IT providersStrong organization and communication skillsA proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetWhy Zilli Hospitality Group?
