Check!Through a mutual passion for the hospitality industry, Sculpture Hospitality (sister company to A Head for Profits) was founded in 1987 with the aim of helping bars and restaurants realize the profits they deserve.Responsibilities and DutiesBeverage inventory specialists travel to bars & restaurants to perform audits of alcohol inventory which can include lifting and weighing kegs (up to 100 lbs at a time), weighing liquor bottles, and providing reporting on audits.Typical work hours are M-Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 9:00/10:00 a.m. However, we are very flexible to scheduling what days for part time employees.
