Director of Guest Relations

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between families, residents, and staff to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience

• Address and resolve concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism

• Support the admissions and discharge process by providing a welcoming and supportive environment

• Oversee customer service initiatives and develop hospitality-focused programs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident and family experiences

• Track satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Passion for senior care and a resident-first mindset

• Bilingual abilities a plus
