Job Summary:

NuChoice Health Partners is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Caregiver with NuChoice Health Partners, you will provide non-medical companionship and personal care services to seniors in their own homes, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity. Our company is committed to providing the highest quality care and support to our clients, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for serving others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship to clients, engaging in conversation, reading, playing games, and participating in activities to promote mental and social well-being

• Assist with meal preparation, including grocery shopping and cooking

• Provide medication reminders and basic medication management

• Accompany clients to appointments and errands, as needed

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Report any changes or concerns to the client's caregiver or manager

Requirements:

• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with clients and provide emotional support

• Meal Prep: Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping to promote healthy eating habits

• Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take medication as prescribed and report any concerns

• Errands: Accompany clients to appointments and errands, enhancing their independence and quality of life

• Hygiene: Assist with daily living activities, promoting personal hygiene and dignity

Working Conditions:

• Primary work location: Cochranton, PA

• Occasional travel to clients' homes or community events

• Availability: Part-time and full-time positions available
