We're looking for a cheerful and professional Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice that welcomes our visitors and callers, ensuring they have a fantastic experience from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities and DutiesTypical duties of the position may include:Welcome clients, customers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Direct visitors to the appropriate closing roomAnswer and route calls efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance.Manage appointments and coordinate scheduling.Create a positive customer experience by offering beverages, snacks, and general assistance during office visits.Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.Maintain a clean, organized, professional reception area, closing rooms, and common office spaces.Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.Assist with administrative tasks and handle correspondence.Reliable Transportation.Regular and physical attendance at the workplace location.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by a person in this position. Management may modify the job duties from time to time.Qualifications and SkillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsProfessional demeanor and appearanceStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Escrow and Title production software is a plus but not required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education/Experience:Education: A High School diploma or the recognized equivalent is required. A minimum of one year of experience in an office setting is also required.
