Job SummaryBlossom ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Administrator to join our team in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role is critical to the daily operation of the clinic, with a primary focus on creating and managing schedules and serving as the central point of communication between families, staff, and the clinical team.
As a Clinical Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and maintain therapy schedules for clients and RBTs (this is a core responsibility of the role)

Answer incoming phone calls and manage caregiver communication regarding:
Call-outs
Late arrivals
Schedule changes
Track attendance for both clients and RBTs
Communicate cancellations and schedule updates promptly to RBTs and relevant team members
Serve as the main line of communication between families and the clinic
Assist the Clinical Director with daily operations, including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping
Provide administrative support to the therapy team, including documentation support, data tracking, and communication with insurance companies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files, treatment plans, and billing documents
Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with the development of policies and procedures
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the success of the organization

This position requires:
Mornings between 3:00–6:00 PM

The Clinical Admin must be prepared to receive phone calls or messages outside of regular work hours, including weekends.
Responses are only required during scheduled work hours
However, the ability to tolerate and manage incoming communication (e.g., a parent calling on a Sunday) is essential for this role
1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, healthcare administration) is a plus
RBT certification is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
Comfortable handling frequent phone communication and time-sensitive scheduling needs
