About the Role
Beau Monde is seeking experienced banquet servers to join our service team, delivering exceptional hospitality at private events across our Charlotte venues (The Casey, The Ruth, The Collector's Room, and Parlor).
Requirements
- Prior serving/banquet experience preferred
- Able to comfortably lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand and stay on your feet for 8–12 hour shifts
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability, including evenings/weekends
- Must be able to pass required onboarding paperwork and provide valid work authorization documentation

Responsibilities
- Assist with set-up, execution, and breakdown of food and beverage service
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout the event
- Maintain consistent glass and plate clearing
- Communicate clearly with Event Managers and fellow team members
- Follow uniform/dress code and all company policies and procedures
