Our programs are backed by highly rated insurance carriers, and our continued growth creates exciting opportunities for talented professionals to join our team.What You'll DoAs a Claims Adjuster, you'll play a key role in helping customers get back on the road by reviewing repair information and making fair, accurate claim decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and adjudicate automotive claims according to contract terms and company guidelinesAnalyze repair estimates, inspection reports, and supporting documentationVerify labor times, labor rates, and parts pricing using industry-standard guidesCommunicate with repair facilities, dealerships, customers, and vendors to gather information and resolve questionsDetermine coverage eligibility and authorize repairs using sound judgment and technical expertiseDocument all claim activity accurately within the claims administration systemManage daily claim volume while maintaining quality and productivity standardsDeliver outstanding customer service through professional phone and email communicationCollaborate with fellow claims professionals to ensure a positive customer experienceParticipate in ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesSupport department initiatives and special projects as assigned Required Education and Skills include:High school diploma or GED preferred.
