Complete Care at Marcella, a 5-star overall rated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Burlington, NJ, is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 150-bed center.

What You’ll DoProvide overall leadership and direction for the facility's daily operations
Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leadership team
Drive quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational performance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and facility leadership
Monitor key financial and operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Promote a positive, resident-centered culture and high standards of care
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Active New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
Prior nursing home/skilled nursing leadership experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
Strong understanding of skilled nursing facility operations and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
