You verify receipts in AS400, stage outbound pallets with a sit-down forklift, and confirm picks in the WMS—all before dispatch locks the trailer. Your impact

• Execute accurate picking, packing, and labeling to meet delivery deadlines.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move freight safely.
• Maintain inventory integrity in the WMS; keep slots organized and stocked.
• Receive and reconcile inbound goods against purchase orders using AS400/MRP; document issues.
• Record shipping/receiving transactions in the warehouse distribution system for real-time visibility.
• Prepare packaging suitable for frozen transit and adhere to safety policies throughout.
• Coordinate with carriers to align on pick-up and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with inventory control to enhance accuracy and stock availability.

What sets you up for success

• Proven shipping & receiving experience within warehouse distribution.
• Skilled with sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanning devices.
• Deep familiarity with order fulfillment steps: picking, packing, stocking, loading, and unloading.
• Exposure to e-commerce logistics and packaging standards.
• Comfort with basic math for counts, measurements, and freight calculations.
• MRP knowledge (AS400 or equivalent).
• Ability to stay precise in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience loading trucks; basic computer proficiency.
• Sit-down forklift certification and hands-on experience.
• Ready to work in a cold freezer environment.
• Available for at least two Saturdays each month.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Openings and schedule

Two positions available across the following shifts:
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:30pm
