Skilled Dementia Caregiver

Are you a skilled caregiver with extensive dementia/Alzheimer's experience? SYNERGY HomeCare Barrington is seeking skilled dementia caregivers to assist our clients in the following areas:

• Barrington - 8am-8pm 7 days a week. Client speaks Spanish, Portuguese and French. She speaks English but due to the progressing dementia she reverts to the abovementioned languages.

• Barrington - 8am-4pm 6 days a week. Client prefers a peaceful, calm environment. Caregiver must provide transportation.

• Algonquin - 10:30am-5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Full personal Care

• Huntley - 1pm-4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Client prefers a calm environment.

Requirements of the Position:

• Pass a criminal background check with no disqualifications

• Have authorization to work in the US

• Have reliable transportation

• Ability to follow plan of care and have the skills provide assistance with all ADL's
