Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative (SAP Experience Required)
Location: Remote (Client based in Rye, NY)
Position Type: Temp-to-Permanent
Pay Rate: $25–$31/hr DOE (Perm Salary up to $65K DOE)
Hours: 8:30am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling communications via phone, email, and customer portals
- Enter and maintain customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Coordinate with logistics to follow up on order status and delivery
- Access and update customer portals as needed for forecasting, invoicing, and related tasks
- Collaborate as part of a two-person customer service team, supporting each other to meet customer needs
- Take on ad hoc assignments as required by the business
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP, especially in customer maintenance and order entry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Comfortable with remote work and flexibility to handle varied tasks
